Expiration issues
Make sure they are fresh when you receive them. Check the expiration date! I've ordered these vitamins many times and have taken this brand for several years now. I used to really like them. However, I noticed that the date on my last two orders was within a few weeks of expiring. This seems to make a difference, as I’ve been experiencing leg cramps at night when taking the vitamins. I had never had that problem before and I suspect it’s related to the nearing expiration dates, despite not having had the bottles long enough to finish them.

I took vitamins with added iron because I had severe menstrual cramps that some attributed to iron deficiency. Although the pill is larger than others and a bit difficult to swallow, I take one daily and it appears to have positive effects.
